Circuits take place every Tuesday at 6.55am on Tooting Common and it’s only a fiver! No need to book, just turn up, bring a towel or mat and plenty of water. We meet at the bottom of Dr Johnson Avenue, opposite the athletics track.
Circuits are a great fat burner. They also improve your strength, muscle tone, stamina and mobility. Using a combination of high intensity plyometric (aerobic) exercises and resistance training, circuits will completely change your body shape and condition your muscles.
Using many more repetitions than in normal weight training your endurance is significantly improved. Moving from station to station quickly will ensure your heart rate stays up high, burning more calories. As a group exercise it’s much more fun than other aerobics classes, you will get super fit and laugh your head off at the same time.
